With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, we know many of you will be planning long-weekend trips with your sweetie to wine taste in the Willamette Valley.  When building out your trip, consider having McMinnville as a home base.  Downtown McMinnville has been dubbed, “Oregon’s favorite Mainstreet” with art galleries, wine bars, restaurants, book stores and more to vist.  With several wine bars in the area, including the new Willamette Valley Vineyards Wine Center, you won’t go thirsty.  With more than a dozen restaurants on downtown 3^rd Street alone, there is something for every one to try.  Then, after a long day, rest your head at one of the many B&Bs, hotels and motels, and vacation homes in the area.  What a perfect weekend!
