“Rhapsody in the Vineyard” a Downtown Wine Walk

The walk begins at 4:00 p.m. with the final pour at 7:00 p.m.
With wineglass in hand, roam the boutiques of downtown Corvallis for
a taste of local life and pours of premium Oregon wines. Local
artwork and delicious appetizers pave the way for this street
walk, while wine experts are on hand to answer questions about
specific vintages and varietals. Participants not only get a souvenir
wineglass, but good company and samples of some of the region’s
best Pinots.

From the farm to your table - At the Lane County Farmers’ Market
you’ll find the freshest, locally grown produce along with plants,
flowers, baked goods and jams. Locals and visitors alike wander among
booths, looking for the perfect peach and greenest zucchini. Visit the
market and take home an heirloom tomato plant, hand-made ceramics or ingredients
for a farm fresh meal.

Historic Homes Parlor Tour

Albany’s historic homes are decked out just in time for the holiday
season. Take a ride in a horse-drawn carriage or trolley and admire
the homes, which range from elegant Victorians to welcoming bungalows.
Visitors also have the opportunity to explore many of the area's lasting
museums and churches, all reminders of days gone by.
