COVID-19 Updates and Travel Alerts

Albany Oregon - Linn County

COVID-19 UPDATES: Linn County entered Phase Two of reopening on June 5, 2020—but is on a statewide "freeze" that runs Nov. 18-Dec. 2, 2020. Leisure travel is strongly discouraged at this time, and any visit should be planned with caution and respect for our communities.

This freeze is designed to limit gatherings and stop the rapid spread of COVID-19; during the freeze, restaurants, pubs, winery tasting rooms, and breweries will only be open for take-out and delivery. Other attractions, such as zoos and gardens, will be closed. Please call ahead to ensure businesses are open, and to see which restrictions may be in place, before visiting. Get additional news and updates on COVID-19 in the Willamette Valley here.
