Grant Guidelines Fall 2018

Matching grants will be available on an annual basis with the grant application window opening September 17, 2018 and closing November 1, 2018 at 5pm. The application submission form link will go live on September 17. Grants will require a minimum 10% cash match with a project request range of $2,000 to $25,000. Eligible applicants may apply for projects that contribute to the development and improvement of Willamette Valley communities by means of enhancement, expansion and promotion within the visitor industry.

Download the Fall 2018 Willamette Valley Visitors Association Grant Guidelines. The grant application questions are available here (the grant application form can not be saved or revisited. Please use the application document provided to prepare answers that can be copy and pasted into the form when you are ready to submit your full application). All applications require a completed grant budget, template provided here.

The project is funded by the Regional Cooperative Tourism Program created by Travel Oregon due to HB4146 requiring Travel Oregon to invest 20% of the statewide lodging tax in Oregon’s seven designated tourism regions. WVVA serves as the designated marketing organization for the Willamette Valley Region.
